The Jefferson Residence

This three-story home renovation and addition project in Madison, WI, is a collaborative effort between the client, Level Design Studio, and TDS Custom Construction. Our joint goal is to revitalize an existing family home and adapt it to suit the evolving needs of a young family. 

Beyond mere functionality lies our shared vision for a home that embodies both form and function, transcending the constraints of space to create a refuge of style and utility. In the new three-story addition, we've included a new kids' bathroom and bedroom on the second floor, along with the creation of a spacious kitchen and a mudroom complete with locker storage on the first floor. Every detail is curated to harmonize with the family's lifestyle. 

We’ve also been tasked with examining the existing spaces within the home to update and evolve them. We will introduce new wood flooring throughout, install new bespoke built-ins, and breathe new life into the existing living room fireplace, infusing each corner with a touch of modern sophistication.
